Send us your artwork and ad copy so one of our designers can create an ad proof for your final approval. You can either upload your artwork files online or email artwork@mygamedaylive.com and we will confirm with you upon receipt.
Your account number is located at the top of your order statement (also referred to as invoice) and also in the welcome email you received after you signed up. If you need help just send us an email to accounting@mygamedaylive.com and one of our community relations agents will follow up with you.
Please contact our Community Relations Department if you have any questions regarding your account. They will be happy to help you with your questions or direct you to the appropriate department to handle any issues you may have.
Our Art Department accepts the following file types:.pdf, .cdr, .ai, .psd, .eps, .tif, .jpg, .bmp
Please use 300 dpi/ppi for all artwork.
Vector-based files are files that we can edit and enlarge without compromising the integrity of the print and image quality. File types typically associated would be .eps, .ai, .pdf, and .cdr. Pixel-based files are files that contain an image that is built through pixels and carries an initial size and quality that may be degraded if altered or enlarged. Files typically associated would be .jpg, .tiff, .png, and .bmp
